How do I invite someone to a Polyaxon Organization?

Head to your Organization's settings and click the 'add a new member' button under the heading 'Project Members'. Enter the email address that your co-workers use in Polyaxon. You can find more information about adding users to a project here.

I cannot join a Polyaxon Organization

Are you using the correct email address?

If you have been invited to a project, make sure you are logging in with the exact email address that this invite has gone out to. If you log in with SSO (e.g. GitHub or Google), your email address might be different from what you expected.

If you click your name in the bottom left of the Polyaxon UI, you will see the email address we have on record for you.

Are you the organization owner?

If someone else in your organization is manager, ask them to re-invite you (to your Polyaxon organization).
