Support

Polyaxon is Open Source. If you have a question, it's likely someone else has it, too. We'd love to answer in the open and use GitHub Discussions whenever possible.

Enable Support

Available to Cloud and Enterprise customers.

Some investigations require the Polyaxon support team to view your organization's configuration. An organization administrator can explicitly enable this access from the Polyaxon UI when it is needed. Support access remains locked until an administrator authorizes it.

Dedicated Slack

Available to Cloud Business and Enterprise customers.

For qualifying customers, we provide support via Slack Connect. This brings all parties together on both sides and makes collaboration much faster for everyone involved.

You will directly chat with the engineers building Polyaxon to find the best solutions to your questions.

Please talk to us to request a private Slack channel for your team.

Onboarding & Architectural Guidance

Available on Enterprise plans.

We can help teams get value from Polyaxon quickly:

  • Onboarding workshops and Q&A for new teams
  • Deployment guidance for multi-namespace, multi-cluster, and multi-cloud environments
  • Best practices for artifact storage, tenancy, workload isolation, and access controls
  • Architectural reviews when integrating Polyaxon into your existing platform

Security Assessment

We maintain a comprehensive set of internal security policies and documentation that address key requirements for compliance.

For Enterprise customers, we are glad to support your security assessment process. This may involve empowering your internal team (who retain responsibility for information security when self-hosting), or responding to your questions and updating our policies as needed.

Please check out the security and compliance overview for more details.
