Overview
In order to reduce the number of clicks a user has to make to perform actions on a run, we made the run control, i.e. cog icon, visible on all tabs.
Run control in the full-view mode
When the user is browsing the run’s details and tabs in the full-view mode, the run control button will be located next to the title in the breadcrumbs:

When the user is browsing the run’s details and tabs in the flyout-view mode, the run control button will be located next to the title of the flyout modal:
